The first difference is the heat. The NIR-A Bulb emits a great heat that LED bulb will not get this hot. The second is the RubyLux LED Bulb emits visible spectrum 590nm wavelength of yellow light and the RubyLux NIR-A Bulb has an invisible 850nm wavelength near infrared light.
What is Yellow Light Therapy? Is It a Type of Laser Therapy?
No. Yellow light therapy is not the same as laser treatment. What is confusing is that many people refer to yellow light therapy as “low level laser therapy” or “cold laser”. This is a misnomer.
Both laser treatments and yellow light therapy (or other types of LLLT) use light. The difference is that laser light is “coherent”, meaning all its photons are synchronized. LED light is non-coherent. It does appear, though, that non-coherent light can have beneficial effects.
Before and After photos?

Can this be used on animals? and what type of animals?
Yes, it can be used on animals, you can use it on any animal as long as you follow the same recommended precautions as for use on humans.
