Domestic Delivery Service
We provide door-to-door home delivery service to the address within Hong Kong and Macau area, delivery time within 3-7 working days. We offer free of charge delivery to domestic area, and additional charges for remote and oversea area. When your order is ready to be deliveried, we will notify you via email with order details and via SMS. Delivery time: Monday to Saturday (exclude public holidays) 9:00 - 19:00, please contact us in advance if customer is not available to this delivery time. If your order with assembly service, we will contact you directly in person in advance. Please note that due to certain reason, delivery date cannot be guaranteed and your order may not be delivered on time, please be patient and we will try our best to shipped as soon as possible.
Shipping to Outside of Hong Kong
We provides overseas delivery services, includes: Macau, Taiwan, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Mainland China and other regions. Please select the shipping country and region in the options of online order check-out page. (Note: Not all products can provide overseas delivery services. If you have any questions, please contact us.) Orders shipped outside of Hong Kong may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees by the destination country. The buyer should be aware that buyers are responsible for all customs related fees and charges. Additional shipping charges may incur and will be indicated at checkout for buyers who enter their national from delivery address. Delivery times are estimates and vary due to customs and are not guaranteed.
Amendment & Cancellation
Once your order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. Priority processing is part of your order today and once your order is placed, it is being processed for shipping and on-time delivery.
Payment Methods
Recently, we accept payment by credit card online, FPS bank transfer, HSBC PayMe, Octopus Wallets and AlipayHK. At the checkout, the relevant options will be displayed and the payment method can be selected.
Bank Deposit – Please transfer your payment into our bank account as below and send the deposit slip by e-mail order@inversion.com.hk or WhatsApp : (852) 6169 4643 back to us with your order confirmation number.
Credit card – Enter to our Online Store processing online purchase payment. You can pay online using credit card via PayPal. Doesn't have to be a registered Paypal account and no service charge.
Macau-issued credit card - At present, most Macau-issued credit card is not accepted by PayPal, please select another payment system - Stripe. Or you can used Hong Kong-issued credit card or mainland Bank China UnionPay debit card. Payment by bank-in to our Bank of China Macau branch can also be used for settle payment of your order.
If payment by cheque, Cheque should be in Hong Kong Dollars and made payable to "Miles Year Limited" crossed and posted to address as below and write your order confirmation number on the back of the cheque.
Please note that your order will not be processing until payment is made and order will be cancelled without notice if payment is not received within 3 business days.
